FAQs

How long will my order take to make?

Please take note of our processing times. Personalised orders can be very time consuming therefore please allow time for your order to be designed, cut, packaged and posted. 


Our processing time for standard shipping is around 5-15 working days, we have to allow this time due to sudden influxes in orders.

Urgent orders we try to guarantee posting within 1-5 working days. If you have a date that you require your item for please get in touch and ensure this is possible especially on extremly quick turnarounds such as 24 hours as we can sometimes meet this for you.

What Shipping options Are Available?

We offer standard and urgent options at check-out. Please select the appropiate one for your order.


We cannot be held responsible for your order not arriving in time if you have selected standard delivery but need it for a set date. We may not be able to cancel the order in this situation as the design process may have already been carried out.

How is my order sent?

We have a business Royal Mail account for collection set up and can therefore offer several shipping options.


Standard is sent 48 hour delivery.
Urgent is sent 24 hour delivery.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We're proud to ship worldwide, when getting to the check-out you will be asked to enter your address at which point your shipping will be calculcated.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all types of card payment as well as including Amazon and Paypal.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns on items providing they are not custom or personalised. We must be notified and have responded within 14 days of receipt.
